The Niska Community Investment Registry is the open-access cornerstone of the Impact Canada 100 Platform, providing practical, credible, and accessible information on corporate investments in Canada.
By making fragmented data visible, the Registry empowers business leaders, strategists, nonprofits, policymakers, and everyday Canadians to understand system-level changes and recognize impact leaders.
Access comprehensive data like financial and in-kind investments, paid volunteer hours, etc. verified through triangulation and LBG-aligned normalization.
Benchmark against peers with metrics like investment commitment (per revenue) and intensity (per profit), focus areas, and systemic impact contribution.
View roll-up analytics at industry, regional, and national levels to track trends, disparities and contributions to shared prosperity.
Discover Niska Canada 100 — an exclusive list of companies leading sustained community investment and impact – currated from public-access Registry data.
The Registry recognizes the LBG Canada Framework as its authoritative third-party reference for estimating and reporting the value of corporate community investment in Canada.
Alignment with the globally recognized LBG Framework strengthens the Registry and Index by introducing greater methodological rigor, enabling standardized reporting, and supporting comparability across participating companies.
While the Registry welcomes all eligible companies, priority consideration is given to organizations that already apply the LBG Canada framework. Companies interested in participation are encouraged to contact SiMPACT Strategy Group, the coordinator of the LBG Network, to commence third-party validation of their community investment valuation.
